Whether you're celebrating something special or simply creating space to move, breathe, laugh, and reconnect, each class is designed to feel welcoming, feminine, fun, and empowering.
No experience is needed — and mats can be provided upon request, making it easy for your group to simply show up and enjoy. I come to your home, studio, salon, backyard, beach house, Airbnb, or chosen space for a private mat Pilates class created around your group's vibe, energy, and comfort level.
